Paid Time Off (PTO)
ASEC offers employees a variety of leave options for individual flexibility. These include paid time off for vacation, short-term illness, military leave, and bereavement leave. Employees are eligible to earn additional leave in their continued employment with ASEC.

ASEC pays up to 100% of the employee’s premium for 1x base salary up to $125,000. Additional coverage is optional.
Short Term Disability benefits are paid for by ASEC. Maternity benefits are covered. Long Term Disability benefits are paid for by the employee with after-tax dollars through payroll deductions.
ASEC offers a medical plan, dental plan, and a vision plan to all regular full-time employees. If elected, the plan(s) begin on the 1st day of the month once an employee is eligible. The costs of these plans are shared with the employee. Employees who elect not to use the ASEC medical plan will receive a semi-monthly payment to help offset their insurance costs.
ASEC recognizes one of the most effective ways to ensure that qualified personnel are added to its team is through employee referrals. Bonuses will be paid for referrals resulting in successful hire and employment with ASEC.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
ASEC currently offers an EAP that provides services such as phone access to professionals seven days a week, telephone assistance, and referral services provided through healthcare providers, including services for immediate and dependent family members.
