Support service contract for all phases of weapon systems acquisition and life-cycle support, including the areas of research and development, prototyping, acquisitions logistics, modeling, test and evaluation trails, and engineering. The contract provides service support for the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Strategic Systems Programs, and the United States Marine Corps.

ASEC provides technical and analytical support to COTF/VX-1 in the definition, conduct and analysis of structured operational and integrated test, evaluation, and tactical development/analysis of Navy systems. This support is provided in one or more of the following forms: documentation review, test/exercise planning support, test/exercise analysis and reporting, test/exercise operations support, and program management support.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) and Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), working in support of PMA-290 (Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance), are tasked with systems engineering and fleet deliverable capabilities and products for Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (MPRA). ASEC provides products directly to the Navy fleet through support across the P-8A program and other MPRA programs in the following areas: program management, systems engineering (including research and technical analysis), advanced capabilities, functional requirements definition and allocation, IA, verification/test, training, and system documentation.

The AIR 4.5 contract provides technical and scientific research, development, integration, analysis, assessment, and test and evaluation of Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) sensor systems for the AIR 4.5 Avionics Department.
Tasks performed under this contract include planning, coordination, technology development, systems definition, systems acquisition, systems integration, modification, and product support for manned and unmanned platform avionics and sensors in support of the Acoustic Systems Division and the Electro-Optics (EO) and Special Mission Systems Division. The systems include: sensors, platforms, associated avionics hardware and software, and operational centers.
