After 31 years of military service, Randy’s commitment to serving his country remains as strong as ever. A Brigadier General in the Nevada Army National Guard, Randy has dedicated much of his life to supporting the warfighter. Today, he continues that mission with ASEC at Naval Air Station Fallon, Nevada.

For Randy, service has always been a family commitment. His wife of more than 27 years, Roxanne, has been his biggest supporter throughout his military career, while watching his daughter follow in his footsteps by serving in the U.S. Navy has given him an even deeper appreciation for the sacrifices made by military families.

Having called Northern Nevada home for nearly 15 years, Randy enjoys everything the region has to offer, from the Sierra Nevada mountains and Lake Tahoe to its close-knit communities and outdoor adventures. Whether spending time on the water, exploring the outdoors, or simply enjoying time with Roxanne, he believes in finding harmony between family, career, and service.

At ASEC, Randy has found an organization that shares his values and supports his continued military responsibilities. For him, it’s more than a career—it’s an opportunity to continue doing what he’s always believed in: making a difference for those who serve.
